We have a lot of good restaurants here, if you're from US, you may want to try sandwiches / salads / burgers here to compare with what you usually have there.

From Morning till midnight... choose whatever cuicine you like!

Breakfast :

congee + yau jar qwei (deep fried long bun, looks like a bone) - cantonese causial

dim sum - cantonese (you would be real full after you had them in the tea house!)

Lunch :

Woah! Nice list Aileen HK. But you know what's a really must try? It's the salad delivery in Hong Kong. You must have eaten all kinds of food but what if you don't feel like going in the streets? The answer is Secret Ingredient Hong Kong. You can order food line in Hong Kong. Cool, isn't it?

lili have given you all the full details & it's just that you need to hunt for the femantied fried tofu.Just try it the smell may not be wonderful but it sure taste good(just once).Enjoy your trip & remember to visit the famous tourist attraction.

all da roast stuffs... goose, pigeon, duck, etc.
all da dim sum.... shrimp dumpling!!
all da snacks..... fried smelly tofu, fried snail, fried octopus, etc.,
all da desserts....(hard to translate... but all look nice n taste nice)
