check any encyclopedia. i'll give you a start:
the lungs start with the glottic opening of the trachea which branches into the left and right mainstem bronchus feeding the left and right lung. the right lung has 3 lobes, the left 2. the L and R bronchus divide continually into brochioles finally reaching the alveoli where gas exchange takes place.

physiology is much more complex but to simplify it to a ridiculous degree: the lungs are an organ requiring oxygen as much as their function is to exchange oxygen and carbon dioxide at the alveolar level. the blood flow to the lungs as an organ comes from the heart. the blood which exchanges oxygen and carbon dioxide also comes from the heart but each flow has its own vascular system. when the two gases are exchanging properly then the pH of the blood throughout the arterial blood supply will remain between 7.38 and 7.42. the venous side maintains a lower pH because it carries a higher percentage of CO2.

the pH is important to understand because chemoreceptors in the medulla (lower part of the brain skull) are constantly sampling the pH and maintaining respiratory rhythm and depth. like i said this is all very very simplified but will help you understand the real thing should you actually research some on your own .

Respiratory system is the parts of your body that assist in breathing. i.e. your lungs, trachea etc.
Anatomy would be the parts themselves and
Physiology would be how those parts work.

well, you can't learn everything here -- you need a book for it.
