you could use a pork butt and slow cook it.. like in a crock pot with some seasoned water or use beef stock. I also use rump roast for beef. Whole chicken, with chicken stock, as well. I usually cook it the same way. Season some water with salt, pepper, chilis, and any other herbs you may want. Slow cook it for about 4-6 hours. Yum Yum!

Use a chuck roast or shoulder roast. You can also use pork roast for pork tacos/dishes. These shred easily with fingers. Try to use a 2 1/2 or 3 lb. roast.

I would use a chuck roast. Cook it slow for about 4 hours.
