Trader Joe's makes a similar one. The main ingredient is either wheat gluten or soy.

Probably a combination of a lot of things. The Boca burgers have like 50 ingrediants. Half of them I can't pronounce. Funny how people would rather eat a highly processed mostly veggie burger that will give them cancer than eat a real burger.
Oh well, what can you do.

I would assume the above is a good list. I can tell you that the Garden Burger ones are very good.
BillyandGaby - better think more about what is in your meat. Steriods etc. also realize that red meat causes heart disease even if it doesn't have steriods in it.

Yes you are right grasshopper!!!!!!!! lol yes is tofu and its good i love it i eat everything made of tofu it taste like meat but is not... is good and healthy for people.. i would eat at your place when you start serving it.... good for you and everybody else.

Probably soy, but it could be/include things like wheat and other vegetables. Check the package if you have it.
