You can't really get negative although some people say you lose more calories eating celery than it has but thats made up.
Most fruit and vegetables you will find have the least calories and good old water.
Cut down a few of the worst things you eat and less portions this can help just as easy as a diet.

Well I started dieting about 4 days back and I have lost 5 lbs already. The fact is, to increase your metabolism ...you must eat regularly. And that doesn't include junk food. You need to eat 3 meals a day [ don't skip one! ] and in b/w you can snack on lotsa veggies, fruits and sprouts . No count on that. Remember that's the way to actually trick your body into thinking that you are eating normally , but actually you are burning more fat as you eat! Drink lotsa water. As much as you can. And always drink a glass of water before a meal. It makes you fuller and you won't end up hogging. Last but not the least, get up and start moving. Go for a walk , walk your dogs [ if you have any ] , turn on the music and dance the night away.....climb the stairs..just do any type of activity which keeps you moving...
Believe me, if you follow this, you will lose those 15 kgs easily and healthily !
All the best !

I think what I have learnt might work.
First of all cut all your portions in half.
And then cul all your high calorie portions in half.
And I am sure you exercise enough so keep up the exercise but cutting portions and portion sizes has helped me lose weight. Instead of doing without, which might send you on a craving trip, better to eat whatever you like but cut the quantity.
I hope it will help.

Just eating less is only half the battle with shedding pounds, exercise is the best way of loosing weight coupled with a healthy diet. start exercising a little at first and build up to a regular daily plan of rigorous exercise over a period of a few months, check out with your GP before you put your new regime into action.

To lose weight should not be counting calories and foresaking food being hungry and not being able to put up because you fail. Losing weight is about understanding nutrition and what body needs - not need. I'd recommend to you the easy to read and informative book "The south beach diet" by Dr. Agatston.
Good luck!

Okay everyone knows what is good for them and what is not. Cut out all the bad things, eat all the good things. Watch the quantities you eat. Cut out the alcohol and fizzy drinks. Exercise daily, walk, swim or run. Dont' be tempted by the dark side. Be good and you will notice the result very soon.

If you want to lose weight you need to eat more protein and cut out most carbohydrates. I just lost 14 lbs in just over two weeks, on a diet recommended to me by a doctor. "The Stone-age Diet," but if you're a veggo, you won't want to eat the meat and fish. The Stone-age diet simply consists of eating meat, fish, eggs and vegetables. Eggs do NOT increase your cholesterol (as has been claimed for years). They actually lower it. It's true. I was told by this doctor to eat eggs and I did, and my cholesterol came down from a dangerous level to normal.

no such thing (boy I wish there was) . . unfortunately there's no substitute for dieting, taking in less calories than you expend in a day . . for example, if you need 2500 calories a day to mantain you weight, if you only consume 2000, you save 500 calories a day, and within a week, you'll lose one pound (1 pound equals 3500 calories) . . I wish you good luck!!!
