STD's are easy to spread, and not necessarily just through sexual intercourse. ANY direct skin contact can cause transmission. Herpes is spread this way, even when there are no physical symptoms.
Go to a clinic and get tested.

Just searched through my health binder.. i'll give u some characteristics of chlamydia: it's transmitted thru intercourse or sexual contact, you would feel burning when passing urine, and it is incubated 1-3 weeks after sexual contact.. the vagina gets itchy and increased discharge, you would feel a painful sensation during intercourse and pain is felt in the lower abdomen, bleeding happens between manstural periods..
If it's an STD, its gotta be this one

Chlamydia sometimes has symtoms, and sometimes don't. It usualy feels like a yeast infection if you do have symtoms. You can have pain in the pelvis in which case it has become pelvic inflamitory disease which can be very very serious. You could just be having period symptoms but I would go to the health department and get checked just to be sure.

chlamydia has no symptoms, most of the people that have it dont even know it. that is another reason to get tested regularly. The bleeding isnt a sign of any std that I know of and you should get checked out.

No matter if you had sexual contact or not, if you are bleeding at anytime that is not your period (Aka spotting), you should go to the doctor; especially if you have pelvic pain.

time to visit a gyne ASAP.
But why didn't he go in? If there was pain already in the first place, it might not be STD at all. Nevertheless, you still need to visit your gyne because the bleeding and pain is obviously not healthy for you.

I can't answer your question, because I'm not a doctor, but I recommend you make a confidential appointment with a gynacologist (is that how you spell it?). That's the best advice I can give. Good luck!

GO TO THE FREAKIN DOCTOR. In the meantime, take responsibility for your life and health, and stop having unprotected sex.
