With a little bit of exercise to go along with it. Its a good diet if you stick to it. Its even better for you if you bake the fish and drink plenty of water. But first start off your day with a healthy breakfast.

Since I deplore both fish and vegetables, I would not eat very much of eitherof them and hence would lose weight.
On the other hand, vegetables have been implicated as causing greater amounts of flatus (see source) and therefore not many poeple would choose to want to associate with me, so I may turn to food as a crutch, thereby gaining weight.
It is a connumdrum.

Yes, but it's not the best because of the mercury levels in fish and other seafood. You also have to be careful of what veggies you eat. Some of them have high sugar/carb content like corn, carrots, and potatoes.

watch out for the mercury in sea food. IT IS BAD to eat fish everyday. research about it and u will se what i mean.

Yes it can help you lose weight faster. You can have that for lunch and dinner everyday till you reach your goal and even after since it's healthy for you anyway.

Perhaps, along with watching what else you eat, like candy, soda, and foods high in carbs*
