Parsley is a coloring and holds little flavor on it's own. I would use about 10 parts cheese to one part parsley, but in Reality, it doesn;t matter.

Fon;t bake to high as the Parm will burn. Try a 300 oven for about an hour.

*1 cup cheese to 3 tblsp. parsley.
Try this once: place washed chicken in a baking dish and smother with your favorite italian dressing and bake 45 mins at 350. I won't say the brand, but it has a wishbone on it lol. I Use the hearty Italian flavor with the red peppers in it....Monte bella!!!

Usually dishes like Chicken Parmesan and Eggplant Parmesan have bread crumb coatings w/ a bit of parmesan. Then after cooking, the parmesan is quickly sprinkled on top to melt. You may try this for your wings.

I'd suggest cooking at about 375ºF. You may also want to bake them on a cooling rack so they breading doesn't get soggy. Wings are kinda fatty, so letting the fat drip away would be a good thing, IMO.
