(say tumer as in tumour of the brain) and ric as in the name)

I personally do not think the "h" is needed! Liliana is a beautiful name and I pronounced it "ahna" on sight. I'm sure you'll always get those people who say "lilyanna" but the "h" will probably create spelling problems. Congrats! Gorgeous name!
