I would go to the doctor again and tell him everything and have some tests done, and sooner or later they will find out what's wrong with her, it might take a while but you must have faith in the doctors, they know what they're doing. I know that my 10 year old brother has asthma and he lost his inhaler and everything and he needs a doctor but i can't get him to the hospital, but since your mom can go, she should! who knows what could be wrong unless she has some tests done, it's the best thing to do right now! good luck!

Does she have burning in her esophagus? There are several conditions related to "heart burn" like infection with H.pylori, acid reflux disease, or esophageal varices. I would be most concerned about the last condition because it can lead to serious bleeding. Also - another condition - esophageal cancer needs to be ruled out. One symptom of this condition is difficulty swallowing. And I suppose it could also lead to difficulty breathing. If she went to a heart specialist and was told her heart is OK, it is now time to see another specialist. She can ask for a referral from a primary care physician or her heart specialist. Heart specialists are pros when it comes to heart conditions, but they should not be expected to know everything there is about diseases of the GI system.
Whenever someone has a sudden change like loss of appetite and tired then it should be investigated some more.

Sounds more of a digestive problem than cardiac....there is a condition that mimics a heart attack..its called esophageal spasms...but then itshe also has symptoms of other digestive problems...which are easily treated with medications and change in diet..she needs to ask her doc questions on what it is and how to treat it..if not then get a second opinion from a gastroenterologist...the specialize in digestive problems
