Almost every town in the USA has a clinic, or a teaching hospital, or a public health department. If you are broke, homeless &/or unemployed, the Federal Government has Suplemental Security Insurance (SSI) which not only can you receive regardless of age, but when you make a claim of disability -which lung cancer certainly is, they will send you at THEIR expense to a doctor near you to get the facts. If you are not in the USA, the World Health Orginization has offices all over the world. They will help you.
Also almost every religious orginization has some medical help program. You obviously need not only a physical exam, but also therapy (also usually available low-cost or free to the indigent.) to determine WHY you have chosen not to tell anyone. Serious stuff. Go get a hug from someone who loves you (or at least tolerates you) and then get help. Do it now!

what symptoms do you have, I wonder. There are alot of respiratory problems out there that may have the same symptoms as cancer and are nothing close to cancer. You shouldn't get yourself all worked up. There is help available to those with no health insurance/money to pay for a doctor, contact your local department of social services, or health department.

you cannot afford a doctor, or you DON'T want to afford a doctor (meaning you don't want to spend money) because if you go to a hospital, they can find you a foundation who can sponsor your chemotherapy (if you have cancer). my mom had a tumor in her breast that needed to be taken out. she only works as a housekeeper, so the hospital helped us and forwarded her case to the breast cancer foundation -- and they paid for almost everything. i think the only amount of money she needed to cough out was $300 -- to pay the surgeon -- that's not expensive is it? and mind you, she's working as a houskeeper AND sending me to college at the same time.
second, you cannot diagnose yourself just by reading the symptoms of cancer. just because you have specific symptoms, doesn't mean, you do have cancer -- and the only way to find out is to go a doctor who will do tests on you. please! don't diagnose yourself. i suggest you go to a government hospital and speak to somebody there who can introduce you to someone who is in charge in that area -- i am definitely sure, they have those programs. hospitals do not have the right to refuse a patient, if a bum is admitted to the hospital and doesn't have the money to pay for it, he will get admitted. but you have to prove to them that you are not able to pay for your own. (they're going to ask letters from your employer and have it notarized and other stuff -- so even if a person has a decent job, he still cannot get away with it).

Go to your local free health clinic and have this checked out ASAP!! I saw a close family friend die from this. You DON'T want your life to end that way.

Hypochondriac. Find a free medical clinic and get yourself check there. I have no patience for fools who try to diagnose themselves.
