No. HPV is only spread by direct skin to skin contact (if you have warts) and by sex. You will NOT get HPV from her by sharing clothes, towels, a toilet seat, shower, etc.
Genital warts (caused by HPV) are spread by skin to skin contact. A person can get it from rubbing genital areas with someone who has genital warts or a person can get it from having skin to skin contact with someone who has hand or feet warts (which are also caused by HPV). These are the only strains of HPV you can get from skin to skin contact.
Other strains that can cause cervical cancer and other cancers are spread by sex.
I had had HPV for over 5 years now, and all of those 5 years I shared a bathroom with my two younger brothers. Neither of them EVER got HPV from me.
Also, HPV is NOT spread by blood like someone above said. Check out this site for more information:

No it is only through sex but there are many strains of the HPV and millions of people have it and don't even know it. I watched this on the discovery channel.

Do you ever wish that people would just keep their smarta** answers to themselves?
It's possible, if she was using the shaver on her genitals. "High Risk" means that she has an advanced case; possibly with pre-cancerous cells on her cervix. Get tested (all sexually active females should get tested, anyway)

Your probally safe but do get tested any way. It sounds like your sister has one of the types that cause cervical cancer, not the type that causes genital warts. It is transmitted not thru blood but skin cells. Skin to skin contact. No more sharing Razors...not a good hygiene practise.

alright. buy your own razor and get yourself tested. it's not just an STD. And it isn't just transferred through blood like the first answerer said. It is spread from skin to skin.

Possibly, if her blood comes in contact with the razor, then with your blood stream.
Suggestion:
Buy your own razor, and
get yourself tested.

yeah. big time. you most likely already have the warts. and there's no getting rid of them. ever. they haunt you. like when you're sleeping. they'll say things like "boogity woogity". cause they're haunting you. that's what warts do. they never go away once you get them from your sister.
