Flax seed oil is the veggie equivalent to cod liver oil. Some eggs have extra omega 3. It'll say on the box. I'm veggie and I take a veggie supplement AND an omega 3, 6 & 9 capsule (gelatin free!) daily because I'm 2 lazy 2 cook good wholesome food but I'm sure its possible 2 get all u need from diet alone if u have the time! Go 2 the vegetarian society's web site. They r the veggie oracle!

Glad you asked!! Omega 3 fatty acids can be found in flaxseed or flaxseed oil, canola oil, soybeans and soy bean oil and walnuts! Just be sure to use the oil sparingly! A little goes a long way!! Good luck!

oh yum, flax seed.

avocados have all the essential fatty acids, and so do coconuts. in other words, yes, that means omega 3 as well.

life is so simple, isn't it ?
