Vietnamese most definitely!
Vietnamese is very healthy. It uses fresh ingredients in their meals. Protein like meat and fish are not the heart of the meal, instead a compliment. Foods are sautéed in their own juices so oil is used sparingly.
What's best about this & all Vietnamese food is that they can be very healthy & extremely tasty at the same time. You get the best of both worlds.

I prefer most Thai dishes, but Pho trumps any Thai dish on the menu. Unfortunately, I'm not too crazy about other Vietnamese food. So I would say Thai food is better.

I've got this thing about sweet food and there are too many basic foods on the Thai menu that are sweet not just sweetish but dessert like! So I do enjoy the vietnamese foods especially their awesome soups! You can order the same thing each time and it'll taste a little different depending on what ingredients you stir in!

I like both but my J-wife can't stand Vietnamese. Thai has a lot more variety of tastes that I'll agree with and their curry is far superior. BUT go to an authentic Vietnamese restaurant where Viet immigrants eat and you'll be in heaven.

I personally love Thai food, the spice is almost energizing. If you are ever in Lansing go to Dok Sing on Saginaw hwy, they have the best Thai in MI.
