At your age, if your annual came out clean (HR, BP, Cholesterol), than more than likely your problem is your diet.
With this heat, you need to be drinking much more water. Your body can't do pretty much anything without water. It can't create fuel for your muscles, can't digest food, can't even process the air in your lungs. More than likely what is happening is that you are dehydrated and don't realize it. It normally happens when you stand up, correct? Well, your body needs water for all of its major functions, so when you are not ingesting enough, your body will borrow it from other sources - like your blood volume. This makes your blood thicker, and harder to pump. You blood settles when you sit, and when you suddenly stand it is harder to get back up to your most vital organ - the brain. Therefor there is that momentary feeling of lightheadedness or dizziness.
Another cause can be not enough nurtrients in your diet. That can leave you feeling weak and dizzy too. And third and long term problem can be your physical fitness. If you are out of shape, then small exertions will leave you with the same feelings.
If you are eating and drinking correctly, and that doesn't fix the problem within a day or two, see your doctor.

Maybe or not. It could be your Blood pressure,to high or to low.
Or if you a Woman, it could be Pregnancy.
If your lightheadness is not better in 24hrs, talk to your doctor.

I had that problem quite often. It scared me as well. I talked with my doctor and it turned out to be my allergies. But I know this can also be a low blood sugar thing.
