Education is a good step (Indeed, in some places in Africa, HIV/AIDS infected males think that all they have to do is have sex with a virgin and they will be cured). Self-protection is a good thing, though never 100% proof. Abstinence is best, but impossible of course. Syringe programs ( a number of cities have those, where intravenous drug users can go to a specified center and get their used needles changed to new ones for free, thereby reducing the risk of spreading HIV/AIDS)

There is a lot you can do to keep yourself protected from getting the HIV infection:
- Learn the facts about HIV and AIDS.
- Assess your own risk behaviours (unsafe sex, sharing needles, etc.)
- Postpone, as much as possible, sex until marriage, or else practice safe or safer sex.
- Do not feel shy to talk about your doubts and fears. Get these clarified.
- Verify that any blood product you receive has been screened for HIV.
- Verify that any needles/ syringes or invasive equipment being used on you is sterile.
- If you are going for procedures such as tattooing, ear piercing, or acupuncture, verify that the equipment to be used on you is sterile.
- Avoid alcohol and drugs as they affect your judgement, and can induce you to take risks you would not otherwise take, like having unsafe sex, sharing needles, or driving rashly.
- Do not let peer pressure force you into unsafe activities.

I dont imagine there is quite something any corporation can do to maintain away from the spread of any variety of flu. convinced solid own hgiene is recommended yet isn't it continuously? in simple terms the time-honored smart advice to stay away if you're unwell, yet on the end of the day the virus will run its route as all of them do. in simple terms keep as fit and healthful as you are able to so if and once you do get it you'd be extra constructive geared up to handle it.

condoms and don't have multi partners.
If you are in a commited relationship then if you both get tested for hiv and std and you are both clean then you can have unprotected sex.

get yearly testing , make sure that you always protect yourself weather if its oral sex or any other sexual contact. it's better to be safe than sorry. and know who your sleeping with. dont be scared to be open with your partner and ask questions!
