I agree with the first response. Unless you are at a Thai restaurant that is completly vegetarian you are going to be eating animal products! Even if they don't mix some shrimp or fish stock into your order it is still going to be cooked in the same pans that have been cooking meat (and *no* they do not wash them between orders).
I'm allergic to eggs and shellfish and after several ambulance rides have learned my lesson. If it's not a vegan asian restaurant I don't eat/drink there!!

I went to a Thai Cafe....they had a whole section of vegan dishes. If you find that section at a Thai place....try them all, but one at a time. The ones I've tried so far were great.

Opt for a Garlic Tofu entree or Veggie Tofu plate.

You can try spicy vegetable soup and vegetable Pad Thai with tofu, no egg.

veggie pad thai. they use tofu instead of meat

I dont think so they have veggitarian dishes...even those veggie side disheds will have a sprint of prawn paste...

try some egg noodles with veggies topped with your favourite sauce. be careful of some sauces though as they man contain fish sauce. i like to top mine off with a good satay sauce...yum!
