Being the head nurse in a Cardiologist office...i can tell you that NO chocolate is good, dark or not. Its best to stay away from all caffeine products, they all make your heart work over time.

I don't know about best but Hershey's Dark Chocolate is affordable and they always mention it is good for you in their commercials.

chocolate that very organic in raw material and chemical free in process. choose in philippine made or came in latin american product.
