No i doesn't slow down your brain function. I am lactose intolerant and have been drinking soy milk since i was little. I have been a staight A student. Don't believe those myth. I don't believe that milk makes you taller either. I don't drink milk and a am the tallest in my family.

No. It doesn't slow down your brain function at all (unless that's all you eat). Basically, on just about any diet, any nutrients that you're not getting from one food will be found in another.
