Yeah, so about 14 years ago my aunt married this guy from Zanzibar and he moved back to Seattle with her. Soon after I went for a visit and he made nachos - with cheese, olives, jalepenos, sour cream, avocado, tuna, bananas, and some other random stuff he found in the cupboards.
No, I didn't try them. Yes, do whatever you like - if you don't like the taste you'll just learn for next time.

You can use any beans you have on hand. Just smash them up with some salsa, a little chili powder and cumin, slap them on a tortilla with whatever other toppings you like, and viola!

Oh honey child if it's your kitchen you can do what you want in it. There are no hard and fast rules to most cooking. Use what you want and be creative in your cooking. Make up new recipes. You may find something you really like by experimenting. Have fun with your cooking.
