You are craving it because you are going to the "all you can eat" (mock-chinese) restaurants. Those kind of buffets use MSG to be sure, and that's why you are craving it alot. Try to go to real chinese restaurants that where the only kind of "buffet" is strictly Dim Sum. Those are the authentic spots that serve "real" chinese cuisine.

I crave Chinese all the time. It's my favoriet food. The all you can eat buffets are great too. Theres nothing wrong with enjoying something you like.

Food that you like and that is readily available at a price you can afford results in eating it regularly/frequently/often. It does become a kind of addiction, but if you changed jobs and were no longer near that restaurant, you'd find other foods to satisfy yourself. Meanwhile, bon appetit!
