youre not going to have a heart attack... go get some counseling. sure, its possible, but pretty unusual. your fears are uneccesary, and you really should consider seeing a psychiatrist to get over your fears, it sounds like they are running your life.

i am 20 yrs old but i only 47kg (male)
but i have high cholestrol..which shocked me last month after i received my blood test.
If this continue mayb will get a heart disease which will lead to heart attack.
So, now i am more careful with my food
