Wrong lad. I had a leftover kebab last sunday and nearly put misen in hospital lad. From now on I'm sticking firmly to the Bomabay Bad Boy Pot Noodle to awaken my taste buds with a healthy serving of Stella.

Wrong for breakfast. Breakfasts are usually kept quite pure from chemicals and fat just because, when you wake up, your body can't deal with a barrage of chemicals and stuff. Save the kebab for lunch. =)

for a start do you now that they are frozen and when they are getting cooked that it's only the outside that is getting cooked at that time and while it is getting cooked they shave the meat off and it drips into the tray at the bottom and that's exactly where the raw juices from the center fall and there is a very high risk of cross contamination and even food poison but it's your choice

As long as you pick the bits of salad out. You can't eat salad in the morning, that's just gross.

Eat the rest of it though - it's transfattylicious! It also set you up nicely for a few lunchtime pints.
