It's my boyfriend's birthday soon and I want to take him out to a very nice Japanese restaurant. I bought him a samurai style outfit, and had a dress sent overseas for myself, so obviously I'd like the restaurant to be a little more than a sit down and help yourself kind of place. I'm hoping for something as authentic as possible.

Well... i live in MAryland but here there are these japanese places where they cook right in front of you! its pretty cool and the food is always great. Do you have a place like that near you?

Sakura is the best, but they're expensive. I don't know if there are any in Boise, ID either. (I live in MD)
