some of them are like white heads and some are just normal spots and some parts are itchy could this be related to hiv or aids in any way and she is a virgin and dosent do needles and she wasn't born eith it..i checked her records

Sounds like acne. You can have pimples that don't have heads on them, they're more like small cysts. And they can ITCH HORRIBLY, especially when you sweat. And if your friend is young enough to still be a virgin and needn't worry about STD's, then it probably is, in fact, acne.

How can you possibly be checking your friends records! That is illegal and confidential and just wrong. Personal health records are private. If your friend has a rash on her face it could be acne or hives or both.
