are there any health benefits from eating the orangey egg stuff they put on top of a california roll called tobiko? just wondering, its tasty, but even cooler if its nutritious. i dont mean the big salmon eggs called ikura, i mean the tiny ones called tobiko.

Yes, it is an excellent source of Omega and is even better battered and fried. Down side....the extra oil (fried) is extra calories.

I think they are safety, but anyway try not to eat something you doubt about it. Your doubting thoughts will make you feel sick even the food was ok.
