Starter : A surrounding of prawns on the plate and a caeser salad covered by avocado pear,

Main : Tenderloin steak served with normal Rissotoo with safran along with some asparagus on the sides ( to make it look nice spill a little bit of the meat sauce in zigzag thinly across the plate

Dessert : this is where you have two big choices

1. Mango sticks ( a fruit from asia) take each piece out and surround the plate with it, a nice sweet piece of chocolate cake in the middle added with a vanille or mango flavoured icecream be sure to add some cream on the side for the cake.

2. Mango cut into little cube pieces in the middle of the plate hot choclate/vanille balls (small scoop of vanille icecream dipped into hot sticky chocolate sauce) around the mango

and thats it hope you enjoy

If it weren't 99 degrees today, I'd probably say:

French Onion soup
Breaded veal cutlets with sauteed onions, mushrooms and braised kale.
Bavarian torte

But in this heat, the stove's not going on...let alone the oven. So tonight it's:

Gazpacho with bruschetta that's topped with fresh mozzarella, fresh basil and chopped tomato/garlic.

Muffalata with turkey, ham, salami, provolone, and olive sauce

Sliced melon with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
