I heard that Granny Smith apples have more sugar than others, even though they are somewhat sour. Does anyone know the details on sugar, carbs, and calories for different apples?

Almost none... That's a crazy way to eat. If you are looking to lose weight the only way to lose weight and keep it off is a change in lifestyle. When u starve yourself our metabolism slows way down so u expend less energy. When u start to eat normal again you will gain all the weight back. People always look for the easy way to do everything but do some cardio and do weight training. Gaining muscle mass will greatly increase metabolism to help u burn more fat just while at rest. Dieting is stupid, just eat healthier. The recommended daily intake for young adults is over 2000 so you are way below that. Eating that way can lead to countless health problems, while exercise on the other hand will achieve more desirable results as you will appear more toned, and has countless positive results to your body.

According to the feds all apples are identical. The link is too long to copy but go to USDA's website and you can duplicate the seach.
