Herpes is not "small little dots". Genital herpes are large blisters. These blisters can open and puss a clear liquid. They are also EXTREMELY painful. When I have my first outbreak, my doctor prescribed me Vicodin, along with the medicine to suppress the virus.

So, unless they are large blister like sores and you are in pain, not just peeing, but pain in the whole genital area, I really doubt it is herpes. It would be a good idea to have it checked by a doctor though, especially if it is hurting you to pee.

Good luck to you!

that could be anything, not necessarily herpes. just go to a dermatologist and let him have a look, it won't hurt and he will get the lab to test a sample. after that you'll know if it's herpes. either way, you'll probably just get some pills or a cream and it will go away

There is absolutely no way I would know what your personal & medical situation is. Please go see a physician.
