I have a friend's birthday coming up. I'd like to find an ice cream cake with soy ice cream - ideally I'd like to special order it with my flavor preferences, etc.

Trader Joe's has them..do you have a trader joes? you can check their website for locations....also...icecream stores that sell soy icecream..will often time make them for you....in you ask in advance....good luck!

This might be a cool think to do yourself. Wholefoods has soy ice cream, crush some newman's own oreos for a middle layer. You would just need to have a sturdy square piece of tupperware to squash the ice cream into shape. You could have two flavors of icecream separated by a layer of cookie crumbs. Mmmmm.
