Going with the sandwich theme...grilled cheese and tomato soup always hits the spot with me.
For something quicker and easier, garlic toast. Just some butter and garlic salt and throw it in a toaster oven. It's a great snack.

Depends on what's in your cupboards.Cookie Crisp cereal sounds awesome,but I don't have any.I think I might have a 3 Musketeers bar.
