Today i reached a harsh reality, some of kant's ( i think ) points rang true to my innerself. I had some meatless chicken. No i'm obviously not a vegetarian but this meatless chicken salad was euphoric in nature. and i swore that it was chicken in the salad, my taste buds were compleately fooled. have you ever had an experience like this?

I had Indian rice pudding with SILVER beads and I swear this must be what ambrosia taste like: roses and jasmine and unknown flavors that I've never tasted again.

There is a micro proten brand called Quoron (pronounced corn) I think I have the spelling right. The texture is like meat. They have vege hot dogs, chicken and ground beef texures. They take on the flaovrs of the seasonings and what you cook with so if you make. Quite satisfying to the palate!

Never had meatless chicken but that sounds like a ringing endorsement. I'll have to try it. I need to eat healthier and I hear tofu is good for you.

Sure, I am not vegetarian either but I have a close friend who is and she has invited me to dinner several times I was really leery thinking it was going to be tofu and bean spouts but she uses a lot of veggie meat that is delicious

I bit my tongue once and it bled so bad I had to go to the emergency after it was still bleeding for two hours. I swear I was drinking blood.
