when I try to use the bathroom it absolutely kills, and only drops of urine can bypass the obstruction. It has slowly formed into a huge lump that also has little mini white-yellowish cysts on the lump itself. I had unprotected sex with a real slutty girl 2 weeks ago, could it be related to her and if it is could it be herpes? help me.

go to the doctor and get it cleared up... then get an HIV test and once you find out that you're healthy, DON'T SLEEP WITH SLUTTY GIRLS AGAIN... in fact, get to know the person first and wait until you know you're going to be together for a while. :)~ Get to know her ...oh, and then have her get tested first for all STD's and just be sure BEFORE YOU JUMP IN BED.

It could be a random things first, it would be an allergic reation or Std related, stress or some sort of infection which dosen't have to be related to std.
There are different types of Herpes out there , some can be recieved orally and there is something called yaws as well.
If i were you, i would make an appointment as soon as possible.

it kind of sounds like a type of genital wart to be exact, and because its on the tip maybe it got hit or something and busted open which does happen.
herpes usually comes with smaller blisteres, warts can be any size.
also check into genital warts and molluscum, there are many others.
go to the doctor you need meds asap to make you feel better.
yes it can be related to the nasty girl she prolly gave it you, it can take up to 6 mos. for a disease to show up or even have any syptoms

It could be several things. You need to go to the doctor ASAP. It could be a STD or it could be a infection. With your urine being obstructed that needs medical attenction right away. If you cant get rid of urine like you should you can get really sick fast.

Well it could be her, or not,since sometimes it can take 30 days (gonorrhea, which is what it sounds like) before you get any symptoms. Go see the DOC ASAP!! And pls carry condoms from now on if you want to get it on. Herpes are more like sores around your genital area.

Please see a physician right away and find out what is going on..it doesn't sound very pleasant and I wouldn't even begin to say what it is..but certanly you need treatment..don't have sex with anyone even with a condom until you get treatment.
