Dill dip is very good... Also this one called Mexicali Dip that is bought from a store in Toledo, OH named Anderson's... its a sour cream based dip with cheddar cheese and little peppers cut up to add just a little spice... it is very good w/ tortilla chips!

I love green onion dip and Ranch dip. But I once had a chipotle dip that was fabulous!

I like to mash up chick peas and add fresh pressed garlic with sea salt and a little Worcestershire sauce. You can add fresh parsley and basil or chives to and a little olive or flax oil.
