That is all Africa has, since the nations of the world have made broken promise after broken promise. Do I think the population is going to go down? Are you kidding me, Funerals are a weekly activity for most people. Alas, hope is what the continent is surviving on. The children are still starving not because the people continue to have families but rather because most people still refuse to help. People like your mom are few and far between.

Aids will not go away as long as they continue their lifestyle. Just like the starving children. My mom sent money to children's charities 30 years ago and their are still starving children because the people keep having one baby after another when they have no resources to even take care of themselves.

Yes they have chances. It's not going to be easy because aids is still uncureable, even in the us. so until we find a cure for it, we just have to wait and see. Maybe in the future aids could be as cureable as a common cold!
