Sushi is actually really healthy so if you enjoy it, just keep eating it. Just make sure you are also eating enough vegetables, since most sushi does not have any.
Sort of on the same note, but when you look at all the centenarians (people living over the age 100), an overwhelming proportion are Japanese, which probably has something to do with their diet.

You and a lot of other people... Sushi is very healthy and depending on the type of sushi you eat, you can get a yummy, low fat, balanced meal. I eat sushi at least once a day. I work at a Japanese restaurant, and we have daily regular customers who eat more than I do. I wouldn't worry about it... When your body's had enough, you won't want to eat it. Enjoy!!

You might be just in a phase and the cravings/compulsion will subside.
Too much of any food is not healthy. Try adding more vegetables and fruit in your diet. Even a sliced orange after your meal is a good palette cleanser.
Maybe a soup and salad with a crusty bread for lunch?
I like sushi too but everything in moderation, please.

Keep going!! sushi is so good for you it is reidculous. If it is money you are worried about, learn to make it yourself. It is pretty easy and about 1/5 of the cost.

Love it ... and could easily eat sushi every day. The ones with halibut and those with roe are my favorites --- every choice is tasty though!

You should probably slow down a bit...I don't think it's healthy to eat that all the time!
