Not necessarily - although diabetes does affect the whole body and the extremities such as the toes become prone to infection if there is a cut or sore on them, kidney infections and diabetes are not generally linked.
In fact, as a symptom of untreated diabetes is that you pass more urine than usual, if anything you could expect a reduced risk of kidney infection because increased urine flow tends to flush away the infection.
It's far more likely that you have some damage to your kidney, perhaps caused by a kidney stone and that it isn't healing properly - in other words you haven't had 4 infections but just one that hasn't fully been cured each time. As a home treatment (unless you have been advised otherwise by your doctor) I suggest drinking at about 2 litres of water per day to flush your kidneys clean.
And make sure that you complete any course of anti-biotics or other medication you may be given, even if your symptoms apparently go away as there maybe some small amount of residual infection left hanging around.

Kidney infections don't have anything to do with being Diabetic.
Your infection could begin with a bladder infection & travel to your kidneys, left untreated. If, you're are diabetic you kidneys no longer function as well. Google & research it to get a better understanding. Increase your water intake & make sure when you void your bladder is completely empty, this helps flush out bacteria. You might also have a structural abnormality.
If, these infections con't go see a specialist.
It's pretty serious to con't keep getting kidney infections,
this could possibly lead to diabetes.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

No, no, no. Your kidneys can get screwed up as a result of diabetes, but that will happen way after you find out you have diabetes.
And besides, a blood sugar of 74 isn't that bad.

kidney infection, that must be pain.
Louise Hay would say two things:
1-Kidney problems:Criticism,disappointment,failure,shame,reacting like a little kid.
Say to yourself:Devine right action is always taking place in my life.Only good comes from each experience. It is safe to grow up.
2.Kidney stones: lumps of undissolved anger
say:I dissolve all past problems with ease.I chose to be peaceful and harmonious.
