First of all if you are not trained in any form of medicine then you really should not give medication.

For example you may hear people say give asprin, which in most cases MAY be the thing to do, but if that person is allergic to it or has a positive G6PD then you have just made the situation MUCH worse!!!

Call 911 and get help, have the person lay down, provide CPR if necessary.

MONA.

Morphine
Oxygen
Nitroglycerine
Aspirin

but not necessarily in that order. if feeling heart attack symptoms at home, take a chewable aspirin first (325 mg). then call 911 - you will need a higher flow of oxygen to make sure your heart is getting the oxygen it needs, you will also need nitro to relieve any pain, and morphine for pain and also to help your heart work less/contract less, hopefully lessening any damage to the tissue.

You can take an aspirin that can help, but if you're having a heart attack, you need to go to the ER.
