yes, it brings the refreshing change from the regular diet we have and also makes us realize themany ways a dish taste which we were having in the same old fashion from a long time

Yes, I do! I love trying out new cuisines. Once I tried cooking aloo gobi after watching the "Bend It Like Beckham" DVD (one of the special features shows how to cook the Indian dish). I also love traditional Chinese/Taiwanese food. You know, the ones with tripe and all kinds of stuff! I'll try to enumerate what cuisines I've tried so far:
Eastern European (Russian, Romanian), Brazilian (via churrascaria), Vietnamese, Thai, Indian, Korean, Japanese, Filipino, Mediterranean, Chinese, African (via Sierra Leone), Mexican... I've got to reacquaint myself with Greek and German. And I really would love to try Ethiopian. And maybe some (Irish) haggis, too.
I think trying different cuisines broadens one's cultural knowledge!
I know some people who wouldn't even try anything other than burgers and fries. I pity them. They're missing so much!

Yes, especially Indonesian, Japanese and Chinese. I haven't tried ''real'' exotic food before, but it sounds interesting...

i'll try just about any kind of food. life is full of choices, you gotta have variety!!! yes i like exotic foods.

3) ant eggs
4) boiled duck egg (with chick inside)
5) Japanese FUGU
6) sauted crickets
7) vermicultured hamburgers (beeef mixed with earthworms)

it depends on exotic.
i want to learn how to cook chinese and thai dishes... i love authentic mexican....
please, though, leave the scorpions and alligators in the wilderness!! ew.
