Road trip! Go to your nearest Southern grocery store, see if they have something called "chitterlings" (pronounced "chitlin's") in the meats section...the stuff looks like roadkill and is likely your best edible source for brains....
Barring that....I hear cats have really supple, soft necks that wring easily (what! they do, they're high Cuisine on Melmac for a reason, even a freakin' third rate *foam-rubber-muscled* muppet can crank their necks....).
