You cant go wrong with this.. some little cocktail hotdogs and square cheese and then get some nacho cheese and chips and then some shrimp cocktail and serve that over ice with some frozen drinks and chicken wings with ranch dressing.. and for sweets get some cheese cake or chocolate cake

look for meat and other recipes that say they are very filling.... dark or rich foods usually do the trick. But keep the proportions small. you want to give you friends food that make them enjoy themselves while filling them up...but at the same time not giving them a huge portion. I've never made food like such but I'm sure there are recipes, or you can make your own.

dude, that totally depends on what kind of entertaining you are plannning on. If you are getting all the guys together to watch the UFC fight on payperview, it would be different than a childs bday party or a dinner before the opera. Ive got lots of great ideas...but I need you to be a little more specific!

Lasagna is usually a pretty safe bet, with antipasto. Or even plain old spaghetti is a pretty safe bet. How fancy do you want to get, so we can send you recipes? And what kind of occassion is it? I mean, if it's a bunch of guys coming over to watch football, that's one thing. But if your significant other's mother is coming for dinner, that's a whole 'nother story.
