Im afraid the answer is yes you can, the chance is much smaller than through penetrative sex or needle/blood sticks, but if the man has a sore or cut in his mouth, however small the virus could pass into the blood stream of the man and infect him. So, if the lady is positive or not, it is best to use an oral dam when performing any oral sex.

Yes, If you have a cut in your mouth or something of that nature you can contract it. The reason I know this is I watched a special about the rise of HIV in women's prisons. Enough said about that!! BE CAREFUL!!

It's hard to get HIV from a woman. It doesn't live in vaginal secretions like it does in sperm. But practicing safe sex is always good advice. Dental Dams????

The exchange of any type of body fluid has the potential to pass it on. It is even believed that the fluid around the eyes can transmit it. All STDs can be transmitted by oral sex including aids.

Yes, especially if he has cuts or sores or broken skin in his mouth. And you can never be 100% sure that you don't.
