Pesco/pollo vegetarianism — Some people choose to avoid certain types of meat for many of the same reasons that others choose vegetarianism: health, ethical beliefs, etc. For example, some people will not eat "red meat" (mammal meat – beef, lamb, pork, etc.) while still consuming poultry and seafood. It may also be used as an interim diet by individuals who are on a path to becoming fully vegetarian.

Flexitarianism — Flexitarians adhere to a diet that is mostly vegetarian but occasionally consume meat. Some, for instance, may regard the suffering of animals in factory farm conditions as their sole reason for avoiding meat or meat-based foods and will eat meat or meat products from animals raised under more humane conditions or hunted in the wild.

If the person only eats fish (no other meat at all), he is called a pescetarian. These people are NOT in any sence of the word any sort of vegetarian. There is no such thing as a semi-vegetarian. Either you eat meat or you don't.

Red meat is deadly for some people so they don;t eat it. That doesn;t make them a Faux Veggie. My wife hates meat and chicken. She loves fish and shrimp though.

I am sure it has a name, but I had to chime in about all of the Faux-veggie comments.

I only eat chicken, but that is because red meat makes me sick and I don't like anything else. Don't you think it is possible that is the case with them, only fish instead of chicken?

She's purely someone who would not devour beef. or you ought to call her a pesce-pollotarian yet as a lot as now there is not any such time period. be conscious: flexitarians devour all/any styles of meat, purely no longer on a commonplace foundation.
