Okay then if it's like Acne it could be a reaction or allergic to a cream or lotion.

The person could be allregic to food or something like nuts

Why did you put in your concern in the STD area, it probably could not be....i am aware that anything is possible but ..it would benefit you and other if you don't jump to conclusions.

It doesn't necessarily have to be associated with an STD. Maybe she should just go to the doctor and find out.
