FILET MIGNON! melts in your mouth. mmmm
fyi, lobsters you used be consider a food of the POOR since they were BOTTOMFEEDERS. don't get me wrong, i like a good lobster occassionally too, but not much meat there.

Give me a good filet any day. One time my husband insisted that I should get a lobster if I wanted one. I really didn't, but he was so insistant that I "deserved" it that I got one. They're hard to eat, with all that shell, and more work than they're worth. Plus, I had to turn it over because I couldn't bear to look it in the eyes. It didn't help any that as we were leaving, we had to pass the lobster tank and my hysband was imitating the lobsters, saying, "Murderer!"

They aren't comparable. One is beef, the other seafood.
If you asked Filet Mignon or NY Strip then we could choose.
Lobster or Crab.....

Lobster prepared the Chinese way...none of that boiling/steaming your lobster & showering it with loads of butter. Chinese style is the best - has more flavour.

Depends on wether or not you like cows or shellfish. To each his own. Personally, I like lobster better.. anything is better than red meat.
