Find a way to add many these foods to your diet. Your gut health is and what you put in it is a key ingredient to good health. I would try many of these foods and check my gut.

I personally drink a glass of strong juice with at leat one tablespoon of raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar with a dash of cinnamon, turmeric, and cayenne almost every day. Eat almonds or walnuts every day. Change your milk to walnut milk or almond milk. Start adding Curry or Turmeric to your food. Change your cooking oil to almond oil or walnut oil. The Water Cure is where I would start but a change of diet could certainly help. Find what works for you.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

RE:
Do you know any herbs for reducing blood sugar?

There are many that claim to do just that. However, the reality is different. They work in a few people and they don't work well enough to be of general use. Take cinnamon, it was claimed to work. However, it works on a some people but not all and it does not bring your sugars down all that much when it does work. Just the same, lots of people are looking and maybe someday one will be found. Or one of the drug companies will discover how one works so as to increase its effectiveness. But, until that time, there's only insulin and prescription medications.

I had begun to take 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon daily, and that seemed to help control/lower my blood sugar. I'm type 2 diabetes. Can I truly say that yes, this is what helped.. no.. but as long as I keep getting good results, I will continue to use it.
Good luck with your blood sugar..

I can't think of any herbs but drinking the water (juice) you get from green beans (8 oz) or eating raw cabbage will lower your sugar levels.
