Eggs :-Devilled Curried 8 large hard-boiled eggs 1/3 cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons finely snipped spring onions 1 teaspoon curry powder Salt Freshly ground black pepper Peel the eggs and cut them lengthwise in half. Remove the yolks and place in a small bowl. Mash the yolks until smooth and add the mayonnaise. Mix until a smooth paste forms. Mix in the spring onions, curry powder, and salt and pepper to taste. any low fat diary products. cause 1st you wouldn't have to worry about the much extra pounds gained in low fat products (make sure it's low in sugar too!). 2nd diary products are known to contain a chemical to make you drowsy (especially warm milk) thus would make you fall asleep faster so as to not stay up late to nibble on more sinful snacks! plus staying up late can cause weight gain too... and there's nothing healthy about late nights...

Believe it or not, but pork rinds work very well. First, if you read the nutrition info on the back, they have 0 carbs and only 5 grams of fat per serving. Secondly, they have been "poofed up" so you really fool yourself into thinking you have eaten more than you actually have. They work well as a dietary substitute for potato chips. Good luck.

Try water melons. These are very good for any time of the day, not only night. Best part about eating it at night is that the stomach does not drain the entire calorie content from everything that you have eaten at night before you lazed around and slept :-)

Accordin to me healthy late night snack would be....
Chips, 2 ltrs coke, garlic bread with mayonese sauce, chicken sandwich etc etc........y r u concerned bout 'healthy late night snack'.......arey yaar khaao peeyo aish karo.....and after tht workout karo...no compromise with khaana peena!!!! :)
