I think some people that answered this question have to like calm down.. It's a good question!! And why spill something that can still be good?!
Yes, it can. You can put it in the oven (look for recipe) or cook it a little longer.

well when the broccoli is cookes,boiled or steamed it still changes color and is still good but when it is not cooked or anything and if the color is brown it is old

Its still edible but not near as tasty as fresh and it does lose most all of its Vitamins and Minerals at this point.

Yes, it's just losing it's green color, due to lack of sun and chlorophyll. It's fine, but next time, eat it quicker! :-)
