Does anyone know of any Class Action Suits going on against Guidant for their Contak Renewal ICD Model H135?

The H135 is an implantable defibrillator device - from what I know it has been recalled due to malfunctions which could cause death.. . one of my clients has this device implanted and I was just wondering if there was a class action that is going on.
