It is for our karate school and includes kids. We have a pool in our backyard, but I'm looking for an additional and cheap way to entertain the guests.

Hoola Hoop contests - include the adults in this one its fun!
I think you will find with that many people they will entertain themselves most of the time.

I think your best bet would be to have a keg of beer & or margritas. Play horse shoes & set up a badmitten net & or volleyball net. Play some of those games eat & drink & have a blast.

bring out a laptop/PS2/Xbox/Xbx 360/whatever u have and make a NFS most wanted championship and do some sports
